In an effort to improve health care in the northern municipalities of Kosovo, the Minister for Communities and Return, Nenad Rašić, visited the Municipality of Zubin Potok yesterday together with the Minister of Health, Arben Vitija, and the Minister of Local Self-Government, Elbert Krasniqi. During this visit, the directorate of health in the local self-government of Zubin Potok received a new car, which will be a great help for the improvement of health services in the area.
The Mayor of Zubin Potok, Izmir Zeqiri, and the Director of the Health Department, Gordana Mihajlović, emphasized the importance of this visit and the positive impact it will have on the development of health services. They expressed their gratitude for the support of the ministers and underlined that a planned diagnostic center will be a great benefit to the citizens.
According to Mayor Zeqiri and Director Mihajlovic, the diagnostic center will offer quality treatment and analysis to citizens, becoming accessible to the general public. This will help improve medical services and facilitate access to health care for the residents of Zubin Potok and the surrounding regions.
During the visit, Minister Rašić promised further support for the initiatives of the municipality of Zubin Potok, including the improvement of health infrastructure and the development of new projects that will improve the quality of life for citizens. This initiative is part of a wider effort to improve the health system in northern Kosovo, ensuring that all citizens have access to high quality health services. Minister Rašić also examined the possibilities of opening this diagnostic center as soon as possible.
