MINISTER RASHIQ HOSTED THE AMBASSADOR OF JAPAN IN KOSOVO AT THE MEETING

The Minister for Communities and Returns, Nenad Rashiq, received the Ambassador of Japan in Kosovo, Keisuke Yamanaka, in a meeting today. 
The topic of discussion between them was the field of community development and the return of displaced persons. Minister Rashiq, after greeting and thanking the Japanese Ambassador for the visit, expressed his appreciation for Japan's support in this process. On the other hand, the Japanese Ambassador expressed his country's continued commitment to continue supporting communities, including the field of human rights protection and community development.

The meeting was a good opportunity to review their cooperation and define areas where joint initiatives can be further developed.

Minister Rashiq appreciated Japan's cooperation and support for the return process, stressing that Japan is an important partner in this process. The greatest burden and responsibility in this process lies with the ministry which he leads in creating the conditions for the return and survival of the displaced, but of course support from others is always welcome. 

The Japanese ambassador also expressed his sincere trust and commitment to continue close cooperation in the future.
