Minister Nenad Rašić, participated today in the symbolic act of laying the foundation stone for the start of the construction of three new houses in the villages of Dobrotin, Gushtericë e poshtme and Sushicë in the Municipality of Graqanica. The built houses are within the public  call of the ministry, after the results of the application process, for the construction and renovation of houses for members of non-majority communities. 

The project aims to improve the living conditions of the residents of this area of Kosovo.

In the organized ceremony, Minister Rašić expressed his joy and commitment to ensure sustainable development and help the local community of these villages.

He emphasized that this initiative is part of the government's strategy to address the urgent needs of residents in rural areas.  

The new houses of Valentina Parliq in Dobrotin, Snezhana Grbiq in Lower Gushterica and Suzana Maksimovic in the village of Sushic will offer new and modern conditions for families affected by difficult housing conditions. They will now have access to suitable and safe homes with comfortable living environments. 

Minister Rašić emphasized that the Ministry of Communities and Returns will continue to work to improve the well-being and standard of living for the rural regions. He expressed his commitment to continue building new and safe houses in the country's municipalities, to provide continuous support to local communities.

At the end of the ceremony, Minister Rašić thanked all those who participated in this ceremony, wishing success to the works started, with the belief that this initiative will be a good opportunity to provide safe and stable housing for all .
