MINISTER NENAD RAŠIĆ LAID THE FOUNDATION STONE FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF TWO HOUSES IN PLEMETIN

The Minister for Communities and Return, Nenad Rašić , laid the foundation stone for the construction of two new houses in the village of Plemetin. These houses will belong to two families, Gashi family and the Mustafa family, who until now have been living on rent in precarious economic conditions. This action represents not only concrete help for these families, but also a symbol of the ministry's commitment to improve the lives of citizens. 

Gashi and Mustafa families have been waiting for this help for many years. Facing economic challenges. Despite the challenges, they have maintained hope for a better future. The assistance provided by the Ministry of Communities and Returns, under the leadership of Minister Rašić , has been seen as a great gift that will change the course of their lives. 

Minister Nenad Rašić , during his speech at the foundation stone laying ceremony, emphasized the importance of helping these families, highlighting the role that the Ministry has in improving the living conditions of its citizens. "We are building a more stable future for our citizens, especially for those affected by socio-economic challenges," said Rašić . He promised that the Gashi and Mustafa families will be settled in their new homes within two months, ending a long period of uncertainty. 

This event is part of a larger plan by the Ministry of Communities and Returns to build a total of 43 houses this year. According to the minister, 23 houses are expected to be completed by the end of the year, while another 20 are planned to be built in cooperation with the International Organization for Migration (IOM). The construction of new houses in Plemetin and other areas of Kosovo represents an important step for improving living conditions for many families who have lived for years in insecurity.

Laying the foundation stone for the construction of two houses in Plemetin is not just a symbolic act, but an important event for the whole community. It represents the beginning of a new period for the Gashi and Mustafa families, who will have the opportunity to build a better life in their new homes. These families, who until now have lived in rent, will finally have a place to call home, a space where their children can grow up in safer and healthier conditions.

Gashi and Mustafa families expressed deep gratitude to the Ministry and Minister Nenad Rašić for this help. For these families, the laying of the foundation stone is a historic moment that marks the end of a long period of hardship and the beginning of a new life. "This help is a blessing for us. With this house, we will have the opportunity to build a stable future for our children," said the head of the Gashi family. Also, the Mustafa family said that this is an extraordinary help that comes at a time when they needed a permanent housing solution more than ever.

The Ministry of Communities and Returns, in cooperation with international partners, will continue to invest in building houses and improving living conditions for those who need it the most.
