The Minister for Communities and Return, Nenad Rašić, held a meeting with the Italian ambassador to Kosovo, Antonello De Riu, to discuss the current situation in the country, the process dialogue and future projects to support communities in Kosovo. Meeting was held at the premises of the Ministry and served as a platform to deepen bilateral cooperation and identify opportunities for further support from the Italian side. 

During the meeting, Minister  Rašić and Ambassador De Riu discussed the importance of dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia, considering it as a key component for peace and stability in the region. Minister Rašić emphasized the need for progress in dialogue and solving of open issues, noting that only through constructive talks can a lasting solution be reached that will contribute to the long-term stability of the region. 

"Dialogue is the foundation on which we can build a stable and prosperous future for all citizens of Kosovo. It is important that all parties engage constructively and sincerely to reach an agreement that will bring peace and stability in the region," said Minister Rašić .

A key point of discussion was support for communities in Kosovo and future projects aimed at improving their lives. Minister Rašić presented some of the main projects that are in the process of being realized and those that are planned for the future that aim to strengthen communities, their socio-economic integration and create opportunities for sustainable development.

"Projects that promote the development of communities and create opportunities for all citizens are our priority," said Ambassador De Riu. 

Minister Rašić thanked the Italian ambassador for the support and expressed the desire to expand this cooperation in the future. 

"With the support of our international partners, we can achieve our objectives and ensure sustainable development for everyone," said Minister Rašić at the end of the meeting.
